Negativity in your life.....

Oh hey guys!

As someone who struggles a lot with negativity in my life I wanted to make a post to declare that with anyone reading this I will aim to get rid of most if not all of it by the end of the summer. I find negativity just brings me down constantly if we constantly are plagued by it then we will become it and life will become one big chore. Here are my tips... (I am definitely not an expert!)

1. Ditch the negative/fake friends

I know, this one is the first step and yet may be deemed the hardest where "friends" are concerned but I find in everyone's life there is at least one person who wouldn't be there through hard times or text you to see if you were alive after a few days. To those I say are you really a friend or have we deemed you a friend based on seeing you around or hanging out a few times. I feel like the word friend is labelled to people far to quickly and we often find through doing this we may feel popular or important but when it matters that's when you find out who's there for you. Negative friends who put you down for your weight, your choice of boyfriend or outfit are just adding gloom to your life. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with a friend hating something you love but if you're constantly put down by them it can become to much, the friendship becomes negative. My suggestion is to only surround yourself with people who influence you in a good way, people who have positivity and people who just generally love you and want to be your friend for you being you. DITCH THE NEGATIVES!

2. Focus on the positives

This is a very broad title, it can include so much from looking at yourself, at what you have or even where you're going. In society we are constantly looking at the " perfect" image of a woman or man, society tells us to be skinny wear the most expensive thing and our lives will be mapped out by what grades you got and what university you did or did not get into. It can weigh down on people, it does have a detrimental effect on us, I have to admit that looking in a mirror to me is not something I do for long periods of time. There is ALWAYS something wrong, something I wish was different or something someone has that I don't. Instead  I give myself and you out there a task, next time you look into a mirror tell yourself why you are beautiful not why you aren't and before anyone says there is nothing beautiful... STOP this type of thing is exactly the kind of negativity that you don't need in your life. There is beauty in every human being and creature that is on this earth. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES.

3. Focus on now

It can be easy to focus on the future not know where you are headed perhaps with a career or relationship and that in itself can produce negative thoughts and feelings but focus on the here and now. You might have a subject you love doing not necessarily for a career, you might have a boyfriend you adore or even be a sassy singleton who doesn't need a man. Just allow yourself to breathe and enjoy the moments you are experiencing let go and live!

I hope this wasn't a pointless post, I felt that this was something I had to do myself and so I wanted to share that with you guys.
That's all for now

My most reached for make-up items ft. organiser

Oh hey guys!

I thought since I showed you my overall organisation of my beauty products I would go a little more in depth into my most reached make- up items and the new organiser I picked up from TK MAXX a couple of weeks ago. This organiser retails at £9.99 at TK MAXX, it has 14 small slots where as you can see lipsticks can be housed, there are also three deep tall slots where I house mascara, lip pencils and eye liners. Finally there is the main component at the very back which is deep and fairly long, I use this to house my main bulk of everyday products. I hope you guys enjoy this post.

A picture of the overall look of the organiser with my most reached make-up items.

MAC Lipsticks: Viva Glam V,  Honey Love, Impassioned, So Chaud and Viva Glam I

Lip Pencils: (Rimmel)Addiction (18) , Spice (11), Eastend Snob (63)
                    (MAC) Spice, Cherry
Lip Gloss: (Benefit) Kiss me quick (Discounted)

So I hope this helps, this is the most reached make-up on my vanity!

Just a heads up!

Oh hey guys!

Just wanted to let you know that I am now making Fridays my new upload day in terms of my posts, this is just so I can keep a running consistency in my blog. For now I'm looking at posting once a week as I am adjusting to going back to work and the demands of that, if all goes well I might make it twice a week. As far as posting too much I refuse to do that, sometimes I find if a blogger posts too often then the quality of the post can suffer (I know I'm no expert with posts) I would rather give you all I can than tiny snips.

Any who, that's all for now

5 Places I want to visit....

Oh hey guys!

I thought it might be interesting to mix up the content a little and discuss the places I really want to visit in the next 5 years (a bit ambitious, maybe 10?) and the reasons behind it. So here goes...

1. New Zealand

This is no doubt my number one place to visit, I've loved the idea of being exploring the scenic views and the beautiful landscapes for a long time. The culture there with the Maori sparks an interest in me to be fair a lot of my interest in New Zealand sparks from the international rugby. I absolutely love the team and the haka and I aim to watch the team play at least once in my lifetime (at a stadium).

2. Thailand

Thailand is a country that is often pictured over the internet as being idyllic and beautiful in its scenery. With it's all year round hot climate and it's beautiful beaches it has me itching to the travel agents I think however that this is somewhere to enjoy with a best friend or partner.  In any country there will be different cultures to explore and Thailand is definitely one of them, from the food to the ancient heritage. Sign me up!

3. Georgia

If there is one thing that any of my followers should know about me it should be my love for country music, and this may seem a tad stupid but my main reason for my love of Georgia is the love I have for country music, Luke Bryan in particular. The whole USA experience wherever you go in the states will vary and I believe that I will truly gain the experience and love I have for country music in Georgia.

4. Greece

Greece is again a beautiful scenic place where the culture and food will enable me to expand life experiences and gain a better understanding of other areas. The weather is deemed to be beautiful for most if not all of the year and so I want to visit here for sure.

5.  The Philippines

After dating a filipino for two and a half years I kind of took on the interest of the culture and I always said I would love to visit the country and experience the true filipino ways. I think I would mainly stick to Manila as I would feel comfortable in the capital more than exploring other areas alone. Again all of these places would enable my experiences and culture awareness to expand.

So that's it, not mega informative but you get the point.
That's all for now,
